More about Bladee:
Creating and curating the new wave of highly influential never-look-back music, Bladee has quietly hung at the forefront of emotionally charged rap since first gaining notoriety in 2014. His obscure and futurist DIY tracks quickly established an obsessive cult following in the worlds of music and fashion alike. Over the years Bladee’s sound has constantly been expanding and evolving. On Eversince, Bladee’s debut studio album released in 2016, twisted yet nuanced autotuned voices floated on top of dark, angelic beats with an abundance of bass, lethal melodies and broken down rhythms.
In August of 2017 Bladee’s Drain Gang crew (consisting of Thaiboy Digital, ECCO2K and producer Whitearmor) dropped their first joint release album. D&G featured 17 highly unpredictable yet mercilessly addictive tracks ranging between slow burning, susceptible ballads to highly charged pop hybrids that unveiled a genre-blending blueprint for the next wave of online based artists to follow.
Bladee closed 2017 on a high note by dropping the mixtape Working On Dying together with the Philly based production crew under the same moniker, plus taking the helm as creative director for Yung Lean’s Sadboys Gear brand.
