Comment: The think about the album charts is that you have to know how to read them. 30K equivalency units is a statistical blimp (unless it’s Ed Sheeran’s tenth month on the charts). So be impressed with Sam’s  237,000 equivalent album units, 185,000 in traditional album sales.  Much less so Kid Rock’s 43,000 units; 41,000 in traditional album sales. Though if you wanted to change everything into streams it’d be 6.15M. Confused? You will be, I currently use the same date is on Billboard’s Hot 100 and 200 charts, now I will change the date  it to the last Thursday of the previous week, which is what they use on their weekly round up.
